I bought into Bloom Residences in Oct / 17. I turned over the 4 apts to Brevan Asset Mgmt for $985.00 for a 5 yr marketing contract.

I was specifically told that since I was never to use the apts, I did not need to " deposit" the apts as per clause 12 on the marketing contract. I also Paid $1698.00 to allow them usage and marketing of 8 more apts for another 5 yea.s. I was informed by a Coral Mendez, an employee of a check to be mailed to me for $20,800.00 on Nov. 30, 2018 for the 12 apts.

I just called and a rep said that since I did not " deposit" any apts between 10/1/18 to 10/14/18.

there would be no check.I asked to speak with a supervisor and he put me on hold for 15 minutes with no response. I am calling back and getting the message "the mailbox is full, please call later" I'm getting really bad feelings about this and will wait to see if they return my calls.
